Orders and Returns

PLEASE try on all your clothing with undergarments BEFORE removing any tags!

You Go Girl! accepts returns within 21 days of delivery date.  Please email us at Returns@yougogirlny.com  for return authorization.  Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. 
Please make sure items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, and hair. Clothing that has been used, laundered, damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted.
We cannot accept or exchange any items that do not have all tags attached and are not in original, resalable condition.  Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.  Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
